Petitioner, Robinson Rodriguez, brings this petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Petitioner was convicted after a jury trial in New York State Supreme Court, Kings County (Greenberg, J.), of sodomy in the first degree pursuant to N.Y.
