KENNARD, J.

A jury convicted defendant Michael Jones of the January 21, 1989, murder of Herman Weeks and other crimes. The jury found special circumstances of felony murder, based on burglary and robbery, and returned a verdict of death. This appeal is automatic. (Pen.Code, § 1239.)1 We affirm the judgment.
