Before the Court is the motion of Creditor, Heartland Ag., Inc., ("Heartland"), to vacate the order confirming the Second Amended Chapter 12 Plan of the Debtor, Douglas Hunt ("Hunt"). For the following reasons, the Court GRANTS Heartland's motion to vacate.
