The verdict was based on legally sufficient evidence and was not against the weight of the evidence (People v Bleakley, 69 N.Y.2d 490 [1987]). The evidence, viewed as a whole, clearly warranted the conclusion that defendant acted in concert with another person in possessing two plastic bags of cocaine that together weighed seven eighths of an ounce (see Penal Law §§ 20.00, 220.16 [12]).
