{¶ 1} Defendant, Mahad Hassan Samatar, appeals from two judgments entered by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas—a December 3, 2001 judgment convicting him of one count of aggravated drug possession and a January 29, 2002 judgment denying his motion for new trial.
