{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant R. Blaine Jorg appeals from the trial court's dismissal of his defamation claim against defendants-appellees Cincinnati Black United Front ("CBUF") and Damon Lynch III. The trial court held that the statements made by CBUF and Lynch were opinions, meaning that they were protected speech under the Ohio Constitution, and granted CBUF's and Lynch's motion for summary judgment.
