The petitioner, Michael Jackson, seeks review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals affirming a circuit court judgment of conviction and order denying postconviction relief.1 As a repeat offender, Jackson was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without owner's consent, a Class E felony, and fleeing an officer, an unclassified felony.
