[¶ 1] Wyoming Bank and Trust (the Bank) appeals an order of the district court awarding priority to a judgment lien creditor, Janet Haught (Haught), over its mortgages on two tracts of land owned by Joshua Guetzkow and used as collateral for a series of loans to GCI, Inc.
