{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, the state of Ohio, appeals from certain rulings made by the trial court in the course of a bench trial of defendant-appellee, Dusti Bare, on a charge of contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a minor, in violation of R.C. 2919.24(B).
