In this consolidated case, Petitioners, Andrew Guay and Donald Ackerman, each contend that their right to a speedy trial was violated by delays in bringing them to trial. They argue that neither the City of Seattle nor King County exercised due diligence in securing Guay's or Ackerman's presence in court, respectively.
