Northwest Airport Management, L.P., d/b/a David Wayne Hooks Memorial Airport (Northwest), owns and operates a private airport located in Harris County. In 1983, Northwest's predecessor in interest sold an eight-acre subdivision (Tract) to Northwest Jet (Jet), a predecessor in interest to Rolling Lands Investments, L.C. (Rolling Lands).
