The City of Warden (City) impounded Mr. Becerra's motor vehicle in connection with his arrest for driving with a suspended license. Although the district court overturned the license suspension, it did not allow recovery of impound fees to Mr. Becerra, citing a good faith exception under RCW 46.55.120(3)(e).
