Defendants, Lafayette Oilman's Sporting Clays Shoot, Inc. ("Lafayette Oilman's"), First Financial Insurance Company ("First Financial"), Doss Bourgeois, and Ronald Tate, appeal the trial court's judgment denying defendants' exceptions of improper venue and prescription. Suit was filed in St. Martin Parish. The defendants claim Lafayette is the proper venue. The trial court found that the doctrine of equitable estoppel was applicable in this case...
