Credit Recoveries, Inc. appeals from a judgment dismissing its lawsuit against Chester L. Crow. We reverse and remand.

In this suit on a promissory note, the question is whether the trial court erred in dismissing the plaintiff's lawsuit on the basis that the note was inadmissible into evidence.
