¶ 1. Katina Quinn was convicted in the Circuit Court of Marion County of armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery. The trial judge sentenced her to twenty-five years for the armed robbery conviction and five years for the conspiracy to commit armed robbery conviction in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and denied Quinn's post-trial motion for a new trial.
