Alfa Life Insurance Corporation ("Alfa") appeals the denial of posttrial motions for (1) a judgment as a matter of law, (2) a new trial, or (3) a remittitur of the compensatory and punitive damages awarded to the plaintiffs Andy Green and Bonnie Green ("the Greens") on their fraud claims against Alfa. We hold that the Greens failed to demonstrate that their reliance on Alfa's representations to them regarding a whole-life insurance policy was reasonable...
