SOL GOTHARD, Judge.

Defendant, Daniel Perrilloux, appeals his conviction and sentence on charges of armed robbery and attempted second degree murder. For reasons that follow, we affirm.

Perrilloux was originally charged in a two-count bill of indictment with the second degree murder of Luan Nguyen and the attempted first degree murder of Wendy Owens. He was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty on both counts. The indictment was subsequently amended twice...
