Marilyn Tiedemann appeals from a final order of the Department of Management Services which denied health insurance benefits to Tiedemann and her daughter. Tiedemann argues that this denial of benefits violated her constitutional rights of substantive due process and equal protection. Finding no constitutional violations, we affirm the order of the Department.
