Kelly, was charged in the circuit court of Du Page County with driving under the influence of alcohol (625 ILCS 5/11-501(a)(1), (a)(2) (West 2000)), driving while his license was suspended (625 ILCS 5/6-303(a) (West 2000)), and disobeying a traffic-control device.
