BOWEN, Chief Judge.

The plaintiff filed the captioned case asserting claims against her employer under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq., the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("the ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and under state law for intentional infliction of emotional distress. (Doc. No. 1, Ex. A.) The defendant moves for summary judgment on all claims.1
