Richard LLOYD, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

May 7, 2003.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Christopher Desrochers, Special Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Charles J. Crist, Jr., Attorney General, Tallahassee, and John M. Klawikofsky, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Richard Lloyd appeals his judgment and sentence for robbery with a firearm. The offense occurred on May 12, 2001. We affirm Mr. Lloyd's judgment for robbery with a firearm because the evidence was sufficient to submit the issue to a jury. Additionally, we affirm the resulting sentence of thirty years' imprisonment as a habitual felony offender, with a ten-year minimum.

Affirmed.
