Appellant seeks review of a final order summarily denying his motion, filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850, seeking post-conviction relief. Because we conclude that two of the six grounds raised by appellant are facially sufficient and are not conclusively refuted by attachments to the trial court's order, we reverse as to those grounds, and remand for further proceedings.
