The petitioner, Gladys Sanjuan-Moeller, filed a petition in the circuit court of Du Page County to change the name of her minor son from Conrad Wolfgang Moeller to Conrad Armando Sanjuan-Moeller. The trial court ultimately granted Gladys's petition. Thereafter, Kurt Moeller, the appellant and the boy's father, filed a motion to vacate the order changing Conrad's name, which the trial court denied. Kurt appeals...
