Plaintiff George Davidson sued America Online, Inc. ("AOL") for an alleged violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213. Plaintiff, who is deaf, alleges that AOL failed to hire or consider him for employment because of his disability.
