¶ 1. Ricky King appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Alcorn County which dismissed his complaint against American R.V. Centers, Inc. (American), Spartan Motor Chassis, Inc., and Forest River, Inc. for failure to serve process on the defendants within 120 days.
