Thaddeus Leighton Hill ["Hill"] appeals the lower court's denial of his motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Rule 3.850, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure.

Hill was charged with sexual activity with a child by a person in familial or custodial authority. He was found guilty by a jury and, on May 25, 2000, he was sentenced by the court to ten years' imprisonment to be followed by twenty years...
