A jury found Louis Scott Hudson ("Hudson") guilty of the second-degree murder of his wife, Mary Donovan Hudson, known as "Mimi," and use of a firearm in the commission of the murder. In an unpublished opinion, the Court of Appeals reversed the judgment and dismissed the indictments. Hudson v.
