Williams and Albert Odds1 on July 26, 2001, with five counts each of attempted first-degree murder, relative to a shootout between the defendants and five New Orleans Police Officers, violations of La. R.S. 14:(27)30. The sixth count of the indictment additionally charged Javan Marshall with being a felon in possession of a firearm...
