Plaintiffs commenced this action alleging that they sustained serious injuries in a July 8, 1998 automobile accident in which a car driven by defendant collided with the rear of a car driven by plaintiff Beverly A. Seymour in which her mother and sister, plaintiffs Sylvia N. Macey and Deborah L. Vaughan, were passengers. All three plaintiffs specified in their bills of particulars that they sustained both significant limitations of use of a body function...
