American National Insurance Company ("National Insurance"), as subrogee of Tabacalera Contreras Cigar Company ("Tabacalera"), brought this action under the Carmack Amendment, 49 U.S.C. § 14706, seeking damages from Yellow Freight Systems, Inc.
