Claimant was injured at approximately 6:45 A.M. on January 11, 1996 when he slipped and fell at a bus stop while on his way to work. Claimant's employer requested that he come in early that morning to help clean ramps, remove ice and salt walkways, as a result of a snow storm the previous night.
