[¶ 1] Disciplinary Counsel objects to a report by the hearing panel of the Disciplinary Board which recommended the effective date of lawyer Kevin R. Query's disbarment should be October 15, 1997, the date of an interim suspension order. We adopt the hearing panel's recommendations that Kevin R.
