Plaintiff Thomas Petty brought this action against defendants Chrysler Corporation (Chrysler) and his former employer North Shore Dodge, Incorporated, also known as Gregory Dodge (Gregory Dodge), based on statutory fraud under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (Consumer Fraud Act) and common law misappropriation of identity.
