¶ 1 Appellant, Antonio Garcia Ellis, was tried by jury in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case Number CF-1999-218 and convicted of First Degree (Felony) Murder, in violation of 21 O.S.Supp.1998, § 701.7(B). The jury set punishment at life imprisonment without the possibility of parole, and the trial judge sentenced Appellant in accordance with the jury's determination...
