This is an insurance coverage dispute arising from injuries sustained by plaintiff James Bechen while on a bear hunting expedition in Idaho in June 2001. Plaintiff filed this lawsuit in state court to recover damages for injuries he sustained while he was a passenger on a motorcycle that crashed, killing the driver. One of the named defendants in that suit was Aetna Life Insurance Company, which removed this case...
