A jury found Donald Keith Burton ("Burton") guilty of carjacking, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2119 (count one), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2) (count two), and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1)(A)(ii) (count three).
