Casey J. Schneck challenges the trial court's ruling that the summary judgment procedure set out in WIS. STAT. § 802.08 (1999-2000)1 is not permitted in a traffic forfeiture prosecution under WIS. STAT. ch. 345. We affirm the trial court's ruling.
