David Kemmerling appeals the judgment of the district court1 finding him guilty of one count of sexually exploiting children, see 18 U.S.C. § 2251(a), after having twice been convicted of offenses "relating to the sexual exploitation of children," 18 U.S.C. § 2251(d), and four counts of possessing child pornography, see 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B).
