Plaintiff, a deckhand on the JUDY MORAN, a tug boat operated by defendant Moran Towing Corporation ("Moran"), was injured in the course of his employment as the tug broke tow with a barge owned by defendant Seaboard Barge Corporation ("Seaboard").
