Larry Teer was convicted in the Circuit Court of Coahoma County of theft of anhydrous ammonia and sentenced to four years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and one year of post-release supervision along with a fine of $3,000. Aggrieved, he asserts the following issues:
