Douglas McOsker, who had been president of Total Copy Systems, claiming that he was totally disabled due to severe depression, brought this action under ERISA, see 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B), to recover under a policy that Paul Revere Life Insurance Company issued as part of an employee benefit plan. The district court, after a trial to the court, entered judgment in favor of Paul Revere, and Mr. McOsker appealed....
