This case is before the Court upon the appeal of the West Virginia Human Rights Commission from the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, which affirmed in part, and reversed in part, the decision of the Human Rights Commission. The Commission contends that the circuit court committed reversible error by holding that the respondents, Future Inns of America-Huntington, Inc. and Richard Huff, are jointly and severally liable for the incidental damages suffered...
