IT IS ORDERED:

1. This expedited appeal concerns a challenge to the lieutenant governor's ballot summary for an initiative proposing to relocate state legislative sessions to the Matanuska-Susitna Borough. In August 2001 sponsors of the relocation initiative filed a complaint with the superior court seeking a declaratory judgment that the lieutenant governor's ballot summary was neither "true" nor "impartial"
