BOGGS, Circuit Judge.

Terry Collins, Warden, appeals the grant of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus to Derrick Jamison, an Ohio prisoner sentenced to death. Jamison claims that the Cincinnati Police Department (CPD) and prosecutors suppressed exculpatory material during his trial. Jamison is not procedurally barred from advancing his suppressed-evidence claim. We are convinced that his claim is valid on the merits. We therefore affirm the grant...
