Harker, Trustee of Troutman Enterprises, Inc., appeals the decision of the bankruptcy appellate panel awarding life insurance proceeds to the intervenors Rufus Troutman, Terry Troutman and Lester Troutman, shareholders of the reorganized Troutman Enterprises, Inc.
