After an eight-day trial, a judge of the Probate and Family Court granted Andrea Maalouf (mother) a divorce on the ground of cruel and abusive treatment, entered a permanent restraining order prohibiting Elie Saliba (father) from contact with the mother, and awarded legal and physical custody of the couple's young triplets to the mother.
