On March 22, 2001, the jury found Defendants Owen Luma and Troy Nesbitt guilty of possessing a firearm with an obliterated serial number in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(k). Nesbitt was also found guilty of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) and Luma was found guilty of offering prostitution in violation...
