THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. HILVERTON LAWRENCE, Appellant.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

Decided August 5, 2002.


Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by providing that the terms of imprisonment for the convictions of criminal mischief in the fourth degree and assault in the third degree shall run concurrently with the sentence imposed on the conviction of criminal contempt in the first degree; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
