Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company (Reliance) appeals the district court's entry of summary judgment in favor of Patrick L. Gallagher in this action for wrongful denial of benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 29 U.S.C.A. § 1001 et seq. (West 2001).
