{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Bryon Moore, brings this appeal from a Henry County Common Pleas Court judgment that dismissed his action against defendant-appellee, Pro Team Corvette Sales, Inc., regarding a contract for the sale of a 1974 Chevrolet Corvette, which was subsequently discovered to be a stolen vehicle.
